This page explains what STUDIO MAX, run by Streams Max, keeps about you and why.

What we keep

• Your name, email address and a scrambled form of your password. We never see the password itself.
• Your company's name and its members, invites and roles.
• The scripts, sources, topic ideas and style notes your company creates, and the requests sent to the AI to write them.
• An activity log of sign-ins and changes, so Admins can see who did what.
• API keys your company adds, stored encrypted and never shown again.

How we use it

Only to run STUDIO MAX for your company: to sign you in, write and save scripts, and keep the service safe. We don't sell your data or use your scripts to advertise. Your company's content is visible only to its own members.

Who else handles it

Your content is stored with our hosting and database providers. When you ask the AI to write, the request goes to the AI provider that writes it. Emails such as invites are sent through an email provider. Each of them handles the data only to provide that service.

Your choices

Admins can remove members and their logins at any time. To have your company's data deleted, or for a copy of it, write to us.
